Partners: The conference will be hosted by the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) and Ved Vignan Maha Vidya Peeth (VVMVP)

Participants can look forward to:

Thought Provoking Sessions The biennial conference brings together the world's most fascinating    women thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives (in 15 minutes).

Networking: The conference provides a platform for women leaders to meet, share their views and ideas and form networks through which they may support each other.

Action-Oriented Outcomes: As an outcome of the deliberations, the participants are encouraged to initiate and create concrete action-plans for community service and women empowerment projects globally.

Sri Sri Yoga - Wisdom and techniques of yoga taught in a pure and simple manner, bringing one back to oneself.

The Art of Living Part 1 Course - Eliminate stress and experience peace through simple breathing techniques.

Discussion : Role of Women leaders in ensuring Sustainable Development

In this session, women leaders share their achievements in sustainable development.

- Actions which bring long-term benefits to a larger number of people

- Consistency in such actions

A self-sustaining model of operations

An all-inclusive perspective

These are keys to ensuring sustainable development. A woman has the natural ability to care for the whole family and their long-term well-being. This ability can be utilized to create successful models of sustainable development greatly benefiting society.

Discussion: Challenges in Leadership: Geo-Political considerations

Women leaders from around the world have overcome diverse challenges in rising to their position. Some of these are based on the local culture, traditions and the accepted role of women in their respective societies. There have been examples of women who have faced additional challenges because of being a woman. In this session, speakers will share their experiences on how they have overcome these challenges, inspiring other women in similar communities to also come to the forefront.

Discussion: Conflict Resolution: A Woman as a Peacemaker

As a mother, every woman is adept at negotiating a win-win situation between her children. When this skill is utilized for the society, the nation and even between countries, peaceful solutions can be achieved with greater success, preventing many wars and associated conflicts. This session will focus on the inherent strengths of women negotiating peaceful resolutions

Discussion: Harmonious living: The Balancing Act

Our life takes a direction based on the choices we make. The choice may support our professional life or our personal life and sometimes both. However, when there is a confusion, it affects our physical and mental well-being. This forum explores the positive impact of being happy and fulfilled in all spheres: uniting the material, emotional and spiritual quotient to bring about harmonious progress

Discussion: Strength of Womanhood: The Media Portrayal

The media plays an important role in shaping minds, and what we believe to be the truth. When this critical strength is used positively it can become a powerful tool in enabling her to recognize that she is a natural leader, that the potential is innate. This session will discuss the current portrayal of women in the media and its consequent impact on society.

Discussion: The Ethical Leader

Ethics is the cornerstone of good leadership. Every system, however strong, has its loopholes. A stressed individual resorts to these loopholes compromising on ethics and values.

This session explores how spirituality helps you to deal with the uncertain in a calm and relaxed manner, leaving the mind fresh and stress-free.

A Leader with a stress-free mind

- Has stronger commitment
- Can take decisions with a broader and un-biased perspective
- Is compassionate and understanding as the ability to understand the needs of the team is enhanced

The circle of influence of such a leader also expands naturally. These qualities make for a sustainable model of leadership.
