His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has expressed deep dismay over the fresh round of Naxalite violence that has erupted in the Jehanabad district of Bihar and said it could be a setback to the conflict resolution initiated by the Art of Living Foundation in the Naxalite infested areas. He expressed his sympathy to the families of the victims of the massacre. World-renowned spiritual leader and founder of the Art of Living Foundation (AOLF) His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar visited Hurricane Katrina survivors, volunteers and public officials carrying out relief operation in Texas.

Return to organic farming to save the universe: Sri Sri, BANGALORE, 25 AUGUST 2005

His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar today called upon people to return to organic farming to save the universe. Inaugurating a one-week trainers’ training programme in organic farming, the founder of the Art of Living Foundation said organic farming is the only way to cure the diseased soil. He urged the participants to propagate ecofriendly farming in a large scale. “You are like the doctors who cure diseases.
