In November 2008, the Art of Living conducted the PART 1 course in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The course was attended by 23 women victims of the war. The course was organized in coordination with the Association "Woman Victims of the War”. Sonja Stojic, Art of Living faculty from Republic of Croatia came to Sarajevo to conduct the program.
The Art of Living has been working actively in other regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for more than 10 years. But this was the first course for war victims in Sarajevo. The Association "Woman Victims of the War" financed the program. According to them the Art of living Program is excellent, necessary and efficient. They gave a recommendation letter to continue the program on whole territory in all cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
