· Väheneb vere kortisooli (stressihormoon) ja laktaasi (stressi indikaator) tase organismis.
· Väheneb depressioon ja ärevus.
· Immuunsüsteem tugevneb.
· Kolesterooli sisaldus veres langeb.
· Ajutegevus aktiveerub ja keskendumisvõime paraneb.
· Vereringesse moodustub rohkem loomulikke antikehi.

Huvitav on teada, et:
