ART Excel
The Art Excel Camp for children 8–13 uses games and activities to teach valuable lessons in sharing with others, working and playing in harmony and developing a sense of belonging with others. Combined with lots of outdoor adventures including ropes course, swimming, and boating, it’s the perfect camp experience.

Family Weekend (new)

A program designed especially for families.  You might come for yoga, or arts and crafts sessions, take a canoe or paddleboat ride on the lake. Walk out to the garden or help in the kitchen. There are evening Satsangs and a bonfire by the lake. Each day includes activities for families to be together and also to relax.

Open House

This is a wonderful way to become acquainted with the Centre. You are welcomed with tea or punch, learn about our activities, and experience a group meditation. Then, delight in a gourmet vegetarian lunch. There is also a walking tour of the grounds and a food demonstration – learn to make a green smoothie or discover edible greens you can add to your salads.

Seva Week-ends

Come and volunteer at the Centre on one of our special seva weekends or organize a group and schedule a time that works for you. There is always plenty to do. In the summer the garden beckons, there are trails to clean and landscaping to be done. You might help get the wood in for the winter, or chop veggies in the kitchen. Come for morning kriya and yoga, noon meditation and evening Satsang.

Sri Sri Yoga

Join us on Saturdays at 11:00 for a two-hour yoga sessions. This yoga class is for everyone.  Sri Sri Yoga incorporates the use of the breath with yoga postures, and encourages people to stretch a little beyond their capacity, and slowly increase your flexibility. Children are welcome to participate, and afterwards joins us for a delicious vegetarian meal.

YES!+ Winter Retreat

Requirement YES!+ Course

Join university students and young professionals from across North America for a 5 to 7-day Epic Winter Break. Our program includes 1 to 3 days of winter sports and activities, life skills workshops, a YESPLUS refresher and upgrade followed by the 4-dayYESPLUS Art of Silence program.  Yoga, winter sports and challenges, arts and life skills workshops, bonfires, Satsangs, celebration, silence and meditation are all part of this retreat.

From the workshops I know how to improve my food and diet, how to study more effectively, and how to give great presentations. We learned winter survival skills, and participated in winter sports." "It's a great way to rejuvenate yourself, and in fact by doing this it will help you succeed in your personal life, your friendships and everything. I am really looking forward to next year. This is an amazing way to spend your time between Christmas and New Year.

YES! Summer Camp
For youth 13 to 18

The Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES!) is a dynamic and fun program that challenges teens to take responsibility for their life and provides a comprehensive set of practical tools for releasing stress, mastering emotions, and raising self-awareness.  There are lots of outdoor adventures including ropes course, swimming, and boating – for a perfect camp experience.

Yoga Courses  

Beginners

A sequence based on gentle stretches that rejuvenates the nervous system and relaxes the body. Ideal for people with reduced mobility, beginners or anybody of any practice lever whatsoever that wishes to just let go completely…

 

Yoga Level 1

A classic course in which we will cover the main aspects of the yogic practice : the prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques), āsana (poses) and the sūrya namaskāra (sun salutations).

 

Yoga Level 2

A classic yoga but focused on a more advanced practice : longer prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques), advanced āsana (poses) and more sūrya namaskāra (sun salutations), all aimed to challenge those who would like to revive their inner warrior
