Overview
Karmayog (Youth Leadership Training Program) is an intensive residential training program that helps youth to learn and practice the tools of individual transformation. It not just unveils the leadership skills, it also nurtures the confidence and enthusiasm to contribute positively to society. It grooms the leader in you and inspires community participation.
The program helps youth to discover their roots and attain the skills to reach out to one’s community and bring them together on one platform for spearheading social development. Inspires and empowers the youth with the tools needed to identify developmental challenges of their region and its people, and then lead towards collaborative and sustainable development solutions. Karmayog facilitates the journey of an individual to become an agent of change.
We have also tailored a Karmayog (Women’s Leadership Training Program) exclusively for women. The program brings out leadership skills among women, helping them realize and fulfill their aspirations towards themselves, their families, and communities. The program includes sessions on self-defense, micro-entrepreneurship, menstrual health & hygiene, govt. schemes and laws, awareness of women's role in gram sabhas.
