Is the online format still available?

What is the duration of the program? Can I find suitable timings?
It is a 15 - hour program (5 days, 3 hours/day). You can easily find programs with timings of your convenience.
I feel scared if someone finds out about my tobacco use while I am doing this program.
As a part of our privacy policy, we keep our participants’ data confidential at all times. While participating in the online workshop at home or office, you can always use headphones and tell those around you that you have joined an online breath and meditation workshop.
I am not a dependent tobacco-user. I am more of a social and intermittent one. Why should I still join?
Research shows that even social and intermittent tobacco use is unsafe and carries nearly the same risk to cardiovascular diseases as daily use. Moreover, any amount of tobacco use can lead to dependence. So, why wait before it’s too late.
You mention that proper medication is also needed to be able to quit. I am not taking any medication right now. Can this workshop help?
We recommend doctors before the beginning of the program. You can take their medication and continue to practice the techniques you learn in the workshop and see the results for yourself.
I am planning to take medical supervision. So why do I need this workshop?
The workshop will help you build will-power and resilience, traits helpful during the quitting process. It will also help you take care of your physical and emotional health better, and help you recuperate from the effects of tobacco use.
I cannot sit in one place for a long time. I don’t have the patience to meditate.
There is always a first time. After the first session of Sudarshan Kriya and meditation, you will realize it was not at all that difficult.
