Smoothies are a great way to pack in many nutrients when you have little time. This delicious mango smoothie is one of my favorites, from Luna’s Living Kitchen, a vegetarian and organic cafe in North Carolina.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango - chopped into cubes
 - 1 ripe banana
 - 1/2 cup of chilled matcha green tea
 - 1/2 cup of hemp milk
 - 1 bunch of fresh and organic spinach - cleaned and stems cut
 
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender to a smooth pulp
 - Garnish on the side with a few spinach leaves
