Experience all aspects of a complete yoga practice, including traditional yoga postures (asanas), simple breathing techniques (pranayamas), guided meditation, and yogic wisdom.

Where is the course taught?

It depends on the mode you select. Some are conducted at the Art of Living venues and others are taught online on Zoom.

How long does it last?

Our Yoga courses are offered online and offline in 4-5 day formats. In these few days you learn the tips and tricks to make the posture most beneficial for you. You can then continue the practice on your own or join our follow up sessions.

What are the requirements to enroll?

Anyone can join our yoga course. Please do make sure you are medically fit to do yoga.
