Guru Puja is a traditional ceremony of gratitude honoring the lineage of spiritual Masters who have been the custodians of the knowledge of the Self. Under the loving guidance of Bhanu, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s sister, one learns to chant and perform the Guru Puja. Chanting the Guru Puja unites our minds with this tradition of Masters. Many participants report an experience of the presence of Divinity during the course and from performing the Puja. The course also includes beautiful ancient knowledge, lovely guru stories and a profound feeling of the presence of these great Masters.

Welcome to the Online Happiness Program.
Here are a few guidelines to enhance your course experience:
- Shower and change into comfortable exercise attire.
- Finish your meal at least 1.5hrs before the session.
- Log in 10 minutes before the session starts.
- Keep a quiet personal space for yourself during the session, whereby you will not be interrupted. Also keep pets away.
- Use the bathroom before the session begins.
- Keep a bottle of water ready and nearby, for your own refreshment.
- Prepare a yoga mat (if you have) and some cushions to keep you comfortable.
- Keep your video on, throughout the session. Adjust your camera so that the top half of your body is visible in the screen.
- Ensure that devices eg handphone, laptop are fully charged and /or are being charged during the course. For a better course experience, use of laptop is recommended.
- Good internet connection and/or sufficient data is essential.
We have arranged an orientation to prepare you for the course and also to test your audio and visual settings. The orientation is scheduled on Wednesday 2.4.25 at 8:30pm – 9pm.
