Newly published research by Stanford scholar and author of The Happiness Track, Emma Seppala, shows how meditation and breathing exercises can help military veterans recover from post-traumatic stress disorder.
One year after the study, the participants' PTSD scores still remained low, suggesting that there had been long-lasting improvement.
