What is the Art of Living Part 1 Course?
The Art of Living-Part 1 Course teaches Sudarshan Kriya™, a powerful rhythmic breathing technique that harmonizes the body-mind complex. In 3 days, 3 hours per day course you will learn this breathing technique together with more tools and practical knowledge to unleash your potential.
Participants notice reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, a stronger immune system, and increased energy levels.
