Guru Puja is a traditional ceremony of gratitude honoring the lineage of spiritual Masters who have been the custodians of the knowledge of the Self. Under the loving guidance of Bhanu, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s sister, one learns to chant and perform the Guru Puja. Chanting the Guru Puja unites our minds with this tradition of Masters. Many participants report an experience of the presence of Divinity during the course and from performing the Puja. The course also includes beautiful ancient knowledge, lovely guru stories and a profound feeling of the presence of these great Masters.

TTC part 1 course + Two Art Of Living Silence Retreat + Sahaj Samadhi Meditation course or

Four Art of Living Silence Retreat + Sahaj Samadhi Meditation course

Preparation for the Meditation & Breath Workshop:

  1. Wear comfortable clothing during all days of the course. Clothing that allows you to stretch, breathe and move easily.

  2. Bring a water bottle with you and drink plenty of water during all days of the course (even at home after course hours, but not after 8PM).

  3. Bring your yoga mat.

  4. Carry a light blanket along with you and a light jacket/sweater. 

  5. Carry a soft pillow with you.

  6. Bring a notepad and pen along with you on all days.

  7. Cell phones should be put on silent (not vibrate mode) as soon as the course begins. Bring your cell phones to the course on Saturday and Sunday.

  8. It is very important that you are able to attend ALL DAYS of the course and be ON TIME for every session. If there is any problem on that front, do get back to us immediately and you may join for a later course in that situation.

 

Course Timings are:

Friday, 18:00 - 21:00 (Have a light meal at 16:30)

Saturday 10:00 - 13:00 (You may eat a small fruit before 08:00am. A fruit and tea will also be served in class after the breathing exercise and yoga is done. It is not advisable to have the digestive process on-going while practicing the breathing technique and yoga.)

Sunday, 10:00 - 13:00 (Same meal instructions as on Saturday)

The first 3 follow-ups are part of the course and they are included in the course fee. 

Even after the first 3 follow-ups, participants are advised to come for the follow-ups as they are help to keep the personal practice going.

1. Course timings may be changed slightly. You will be informed during the course if there are any changes. 

2. It is preferable that you do not have any appointments immediately before or after the course. 

3. Do not schedule any other major events during the days of the course. 

4. Keep your schedule light and restful during the course days.
