Online Youth Mindfulness Program
Spread over 5 days, this program is an excellent activity for children/teenagers to be engaged in after academic work.
Each day, we will cover yoga poses, breath-work, guided meditation and do some processes to help them energise, relax and stay spirited. Teenager session contents will be slightly different from the children session.
Children's Program (8 to 13 years) - 20th to 24th April - 4pm to 5pm
Teen's Program (14 to 17 years) - 20th to 24th April - 6pm to 7pm
There is no pre-requisite for joining these sessions.
