Art of Living New York City is an oasis of calm in the busiest city in the world. We offer uplifting stress reduction courses which include powerful breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, and more. Our educational and self-development courses offer important self-care tools combined with practical wisdom for daily living. Most of all, we are building and supporting our local community with teachers, volunteers, and students who celebrate, serve, and contribute towards stress-free living and a violence-free world.

Sahaj means effortless. Samadhi means meditation and balance. An effective way to easily enter into a deep meditative state, Sahaj Samadhi uses the power of ancient sacred sounds called mantras. You effortlessly cut through mental noise and chatter, experiencing transcendent states of deep rest and relaxation.
A wonderful combination of powerful guided meditations, breathing practices, daily yoga, deep wisdom, and silence. The restorative practice of conscious silence with meditation has been used in different traditions for thousands of years as a pathway to physical, mental, and spiritual renewal. This is an ideal vacation for body, mind, and spirit.
These techniques reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance learning by improving focus and concentration. They provide young people with life skills to manage negative emotions, boost confidence, encourage goal setting and help them make healthy choices. This is taught through activities and games, with team exercises that increase problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, encourage teamwork, and pro-social behavior.
