43 Navchetana Shibirs and 50 satsangs more than 3000 people in the Tamil Nadu district have benefitted from Senthil Kumars dedication to bringing a smile on peoples faces. Senthil participated in the Youth Leadership Training Program (YLTP) in 2001 in Polachi, Tamil Nadu. He dedicated his life to bringing about a positive change in society. From 2003 - 2005 he joined the Bangalore ashram as a full time sevak and was involved in various service projects.
During his stay in the ashram he travelled to Tsunami affected villages: Karvelakai, Vadakupoigainaloor, Akkarepete, Nambiarnagar, Chandrapadi and many other villages in the Nagapatanam district. Senthil conducted numerous Navchetana Shibirs and Satsangs in the flood affected villages, distribution of clothing and bringing people to the medical camps.
Dedicated to making a difference, in 2006 Senthil became a YLTP teacher. He now trains youth to be catalysts of positive change in villages in Tamil Nadu.
