  5. Understand the 5 Secrets to happy and successful relationships

Science on SKY

The evidence-based SKY Workshop and the world-renowned SKY Breath Meditation has been subjected to vigorous and diverse scientific research. In a recent study conducted by Yale University, the SKY Program was compared with two popular mindfulness programs.  More than any other program, SKY was found to have a positive effect on six mental health indicators:
