Ever since Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has visited Athens in 2004 there has been an enthusiastic Art of Living group here offering regular events and courses and there is always something going on if you’d like to get to know the group and learn more about the various breathing techniques, meditations and practices they follow.
Join the weekly meditation sessions, come along to Long Kriya or satsangs or enroll in the Breathing, Silence, Yoga and Meditation Courses. You’re welcome to any of the regular events.

The sunny island of Crete welcomes the world to its beautiful shores and locals and visitors can join one of the courses or attend satsangs or yoga sessions. It is home to one of the loveliest yoga retreats in Greece and the Silence Courses at Notos in Triopetra offers what must be one of the most idyllic settings for a Silence Course anywhere in the world. Ancient mountains, sparkling blue seas and delicious organic food make this a course to be remembered.
Crete has two Art of Living teachers Areti and Constantinos who have both been teaching for many years and so beautifully share this knowledge. Both are based on the east side of the island near Herakleon and would be happy to welcome you to courses or Long Kriya.

Art of Living teacher Christiane and her husband Steve welcome visitors and locals alike for weekly meditations and satsangs. There are always delicious homemade snacks and the chance to enjoy good company. Beginners and old-timers are all welcome and they’re very happy for you to contact them and join in. Their programs vary and may include a walking meditation in the lush pine forest or on one of the many beaches. They also run regular Art of Breathing courses on the island offering a perfect combination of holiday and wellness.
