30 minutes long personal health consultation
Dr Rakesh Zope, as a resident Indian ayurvedic doctor is making consultations regularly in Budapest. You can turn to him with any illness, or if you simply just would like to be healthier, to lose weight, or to learn more about yourself and the functioning of your body, how you can live in greater harmony with your body, meeting its needs. Our body can work from what we are giving to it, so the consumption of proper quantity and quality of food is indispensable for a happy life.
The 30 minutes consultation includes the following:
- assessing your health condition based on pulse diagnosis (nadi pareeksha)
- giving diagnosis of your physiological conditions
- revealing your illnesses and imbalances of your organism
- giving you personalized advices for diet and way of life
Natural dietary supplements of excellent quality coming from India can be purchased on spot. We provide translation during the consultation (from English to Hungarian), if needed.
Marma therapy
Marma therapy is an important part of Ayurveda that helps to maintain health by cleansing blocked energy. In Marma therapy, a very light stimulation of points on the body is done. It removes blockages from the marma points giving physical and psychological relaxation and strength. A therapy session takes 60 minutes. Please do not consume food or beverages in the proceeding 2.5 hours, except for clean water.

- Price of the first consultation is HUF 13,900
- Price of the second and any following consultations: HUF 11,500
- Consultation for children (between the age 3-12): HUF 7,000
