Who is eligible for the VTP?

You can enroll for the VTP if you meet the following pre-requisites: 

VTP: 

  • Applicants must have taken the Happiness Program (Part 1)/YES!+ and Part 2/Advanced Meditation Program 
  • Practiced Sudarshan Kriya™ daily for at least six months prior to applying 

Rural VTP: 

  • Applicants must have taken the Rural Happiness Program or Rural YLTP, and Rural Part 2/Advanced Meditation Program
  • Practiced Sudarshan Kriya™ daily for at least six months prior to applying 

Does the Volunteer Training Program teach you to become an instructor?

The Volunteer Training Program is the first step to becoming an instructor at Art of Living and allows you to lead group meditations and practice public speaking. 

Is there an age limit for enrolling in the Volunteer Training Program?

No, all you have to do is meet the pre-requisites and you are more than welcome to train as a volunteer at Art of Living.
