Yoga asanas that have been practised for centuries, integrated with wisdom from ancient scriptures, are brought to you in a format that would help you to improve the quality of daily living.
Through the practises taught in the workshop participants are known to lose weight and be cured of chronic diseases such as insomnia, asthma, diabetes, hypertension and migraine. The yogic postures in Sri Sri Yoga have been designed to give the practitioner a balanced health and calm mind.
Sri Sri Yoga incorporates the following elements of yoga: Yoga Asanas (postures), Pranayamas (breathing techniques), meditations, and wisdom.

Sri Sri Yoga Course Details
Sri Sri Yoga is a 10-hour workshop spread over 5 days. It is ideal for beginners as well as advanced practitioners who would like to enrich their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Sri Sri Yoga also offers weekly classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners.
