Sri Sri Yoga II kurs på Paros (Hellas)

Dive deep into the realm of yoga for 4 full days by the ocean at Sante Maria. Sri Sri Yoga II gives us an opportunity to go deeper in the realm of yoga and understand what it means to live like a yogi...

We will be doing advanced, but not difficult yoga, the idea is to thoroughly explore the yoga postures, the ancient knowledge, breathing and meditation in a gentle, yet profound, celebrative and joyful retreat setting.

The course includes:

● Correction of postures for better symmetry and alignment

● Physical and Emotional cleansing through Shankh Prakshalan (saltwater cleansing) and Neti (cleansing of the nose with saltwater)

● Better understanding of Yoga Scriptures

● Learn new Pranayamas like Chandrabhedi, Suryabhedi, Sheetali and more

● Experience Subtle Strengthening and Healing Contractions (SSaHC*)

● Experience Silence in Activity and Activity in Silence

● Satsang and Fun!

(*A new, gentle and meditative muscle contraction exercise program for strengthening and toning muscles, restoring the balance and harmony at physical and pranic levels, decreasing chronic pains and above all for giving you a meditative experience of yourself).

Teacher: The course will be taught by Kamlesh Barwal, the international director of Sri Sri Yoga. Kamlesh Ji is a dynamic, sporty and loving yoga teacher. Her classes are full of energy, wisdom and grateful, happy yoga students.

Venue: The course will be taught in Okreblue’s yogahall and the course participants will be accommodated in Okreblue’s rooms. Okreblue is situated on the beach of Sante Maria - a longtime surfer-paradise and now also a sattvic, simple and serene yogaresort.

Timings: Arrival at Okreblue on the 19th of Sept. at 18 hours with dinner followed by satsang. The course ends after early morning yoga session and breakfast on the 24th of September (it is possible to arrange ekstra nights before and after the course dates with Okreblue.com - if you want to bring your family for a summer holiday, during and before/after, use the code SSY2 in your email).
