Što će se dešavati na Tečaju tišine?

Tišina - potpuna tišina je puno više od šutnje i izostanka verbalne komunikacije. Tišina na ovom tečaju se događa na mnogo dubljoj razini. Riječ je o davanju uvjetovanosti uma i oslobađanju prostor da se fizički, mentalno i duhovno obnovimo.

Duboka meditacija - niz vođenih meditacija središnji su dio programa. Ove su meditacije strukturirane na poseban način da izvuku najdublje slojeve stresa i napetosti iz našeg živčanog sustava. Tišina i umjetnost nečinjenja ničega tijekom meditacije rezultira potpunim odmorom našeg uma, tijela i duše.

Mudre – suptilne tehnike za balansiranje uma i emocija.

Yoga – lagane i nenaporne vježbe najbolji su poklon našem tijelu za početak svakog dana

Vedska mudrost – večernja zrnca mudrosti iz drevnih vedskih tekstova, daju nam jasniju percepciju svijeta oko nas i neku novu dimenziju nas samih.

Tečaj je nerezidencijalan, što znači da spavamo kod svojih kuća i dolazimo u AOL centar na program.

Na ovo petodnevno putovanje  dubokog unutarnjeg odmora u tišini vodit će vas Suzana Friganović, iskusna senior Art of Living učiteljica koja više od 27 godina podučava AOL programe.

Na tečaju će biti osigurana ukusna i zdrava vegeterijanska hrana (doručak, ručak i večera u subotu te doručak i ručak u nedjelju)

Deep Meditations

A set of guided meditations called “Hollow and Empty” created by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar are a central part of the retreat. These meditations are geared towards drawing out the deepest layers of stress and tension from our nervous system.

Silence

Silence is more than not speaking, it is a way to renew ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Even just a few minutes of true silence gives a rest far deeper than sleep, and possibly anything else you’ve experienced in life.

Mudras and Advanced Pranayama

The course builds upon the breathing exercises taught during the Happiness Program and teaches a series of Mudras – a subtle technique to balance the mind and emotions.

Music

Often, silence is associated with sadness. But in the retreat, silence is a celebration. After a full day of yoga, meditation and processes, the evenings are spent celebrating the inner spirit through soulful music and sacred chants.
