A Breath Water Sound workshop was held for the workers of Nissan Motors of Suhail Bahwan group, on 18th November, 2011, with the approval of their Management. The participants who include 6 Omanis and remaining Indians. The Teacher was Bala, assisted by Kumar and Qalsaad (Omani YES group) who effortlessly translated course points in Arabic.
The Ram Meditation and Bhastrika Pranayam totally mesmerized the participants who thoroughly enjoyed the session. The session concluded with a Satsang which was led by both Indian and Omani participants. More sessions are being planned on Fridays, the only day they can take some time off from work.
