The Art Of Living Oman Chapter hosted Reconnect its annual get together at a farm in barka.
900 ppl from different nationalities and ages attended the program . People from Muscat Sohar Nizwa Ibri and interiors of oman all attended the program

The day was filled with activities like yoga ,Health and Happiness Seminar for adults youth teens and children

The Sudarshan Kriya a breathing technique patented in the happiness program was a part of the breathing for health session
The fresh air and natural environment was a excellent way to eliminate stress and relax

Team building games ,treasure hunt .football and cricket were played together by people who met for the first time at the venue.

A magic show face painting and henna were also a part of the activities organized for women and children.

So in the spirit of service a mobile blood donation was organized at the venue by Rustaq blood blank where 67 members of the Art of living donated blood.

Education on useful plants and Trees approved by ministry of agriculture were also donated for Indian school Nizwa in a gesture to create a green environment in Oman

People were also educated on the benefits Ayurvedic treatments for chronic ailments as well as the general ailments through an exhibition and a talk by doctors of Sri Sri Ayurveda Clinic

The event ended with A prayer for His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said good health and long life by the one world family of Art of living
