The first basic Art of Living course for Trinidad and Tobago was delivered in 1992. Art of Living (Trinidad and Tobago) officially registered as a non-profit organisation in 1994.

Over 60 independent studies show Sudarshan Kriya and other breathing techniques taught on the Art of Living Happiness Program:
