These Bliss balls taste absolutely amazing - natural sugars from the date will satisfy any sweet tooth!! They are dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free.
Ingredients:
- half a cup of almonds (can be roasted)
- half a cup of coconut powder
- half a cup of medjool dates (about 6 dates)
Preparation:
- Grind the almonds first. Once powdered, add coconut powder and pitted dates.
- Mix it well in the food processor until dough is like paste.
- Form balls and roll them in coconut powder for additional coating.
Benefits:
- The notable potassium levels in medjool dates mean that they have a positive effect on blood pressure.
- Almonds are high in Vitamin E, which protects your cell membranes from damage
