Age

Everyone with an age group of 13 and above is allowed for retreat programs. There is no upper age limit for the retreats. Children under the age group of 13 will have to be accompanied with a parent or guardian if they stay at the Retreat center.

 

Clothing & Accessories Policy

What should I pack/prepare for my course?

Loose, light clothing that is comfortable to move in.

Since the retreat is on the campus of The Art of Living International Center and due to our traditional values, we request you to wear appropriate clothes and keep your ankles and shoulders covered.

Handheld Radio (e.g. your mobile phone) and earphones for language translation facilities. Translation facilities may be available for groups with large numbers of people who require translation. Please inform ahead of time. (Radios will also be available for purchase in ashram).

How do I book my retreat?

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Q. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I will not be able to come for the retreat. Can I cancel my reservation? Or can I postpone it to some later date?

A. Yes, you can cancel the reservation one month prior to the date of commencement of the program. If you wish to postpone your retreat program, a new date can be taken from us, provided it falls within a period of 6 month from the last booked retreat dates for domestic bookings and within a year from the last booked retreat dates booking for international bookings. But for the postponing of the dates, a small charge of 25% shall be levied, if the dates postponed fall 10 days after the current booking.

There will be no refund if the cancellation is not done 30 days prior to the commencement of the program.

Q. Since I wish to cancel the reservation, will there be a refund? If yes, when and how?

A. Yes, there is a provision of refund against cancelation of reservation. In case the cancellation is initiated latest one month prior to the commencement of the programs, you will be able to receive 50% of the amount paid after deducting the additional cancellation charge of 10% (Effective Refund = 40% of Cost without TAX). However, there is always an option to book your retreat on a later date, for which 25% charges shall be levied on the cost of program.

When will I get a refund?

After the cancellation request has been received by us and a confirmation is sent to you, you will receive the amount within a period of 30 days. If the payment has not been received even after 30 days, kindly write into us at retreats@srisriyoga.in

How do I initiate my refund?

If you wish to cancel the reservation, you need to send us an email to retreats@srisriyoga.in , latest 30 days prior to the commencement of the program, failing which, no refund shall be given at all conditions. While mailing about cancellation, you need to send us your Booking ID number in the Subject of the mail as> Subject: Cancellation – ID Number

Governing law and Jurisdiction:

The validity, interpretation, enforceability, and performance of these policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka will have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any dispute/claim arising from, under or in respect of this policy.
