The program helps participants overcome negative emotions and deal with stress through special breathing techniques. With tips and groups discussions around topics like studies, peer pressure, and self-esteem, the program guides them on how to unleash their full potential. In addition, important life skills like teamwork and cooperation are honed through interactive processes and games.

Medha Yoga Level - 1 is based on ancient breathing techniques and a special breathing technique developed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Course content includes:
