Continuing Education Credits

Upon completion of each program, medical doctors and nurses may earn continuing education credits through the Living Well programs. The programs below are approved for AMA PRA Category 1™ CME credits for medical doctors and Continuing Nursing Education™ credits; click on each course to learn the number of credit hours. Attendance at all sessions is required to receive credit.

Living Well Programs:

The self-care program is designed for busy professionals, wishing to build their optimal daily self-care routine in a weekend retreat format. In this format learn yoga + meditation, breathing + meditation, or yoga + breathing (the course combines 2 techniques from either The Happiness Program, Sahaj or Sri Sri Yoga)

Program Fee: $695 | CME/CNE: 20 hours.


Objectives

Central to our courses is learning a sustainable self-care practice which includes Sudarshan KriyaTM, and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation. These techniques reduce stress, raise energy, and take you back to a clear and positive state of mind.
