"For about three years I had not been feeling very well. I was trying to eat healthy and nourish my body everyday, exercise regularly but no matter what I was always fatigued. My mind was foggy and I would get emotional over little things that normally wouldn't bother me. I got every sickness that came my way, my digestion was almost nonexistent and it was a nightmare trying to keep my weight down. I would sleep all night and wake up feeling like I hadn't even slept. My family and boyfriend were definitely sick of hearing me complain.
Finally I got myself to a happiness course. After the first night of doing the sudarshan kriya, I felt a huge change in my whole body. After almost three years and nothing working, a simple breathing technique had just changed my life.
