Cardboard Box Pickers

Description: This is a group of elderly in Singapore who make a living from selling and disposing of cardboard boxes. Most collectors are above 65 and  have no other or very little means of earning an income.
Type of seva: games, breathing and relaxation and distributing dry rations.
Where: Toa Payoh HDB Shelter / Industrial Estate 
When: Once every month. Sunday.

Tree Planting

Description: Singapore Government Project.
Annually we support the Singapore Govt's Tree Planting Project by sponsoring trees with collections from AOL family and friends. Tax rebates for contributions are available.

MINDS Seva

Type of seva: Birthday party celebration for mentally challenged buddies. 
Where: Clementi MINDS.
When: Monthly once.

Hospice Day Care

Type of seva: Conduct Yoga & Meditation. Serve lunch once a month

Bukit Batok home for Aged

Type of seva: We distribute food items, play games, sing and dance for them, do Laughter Yoga or Breathing exercises, celebrate birthdays & festivals

When: Every Second Saturday from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Home for Destitute

Type of seva: We do laughter yoga, lala meditation, games, dancing, block building, coloring, and birthday celebrations and snacks distribution. Any two activities are done every visit

When: 1st Saturday of every month between 2:00pm to 3:30 pm

Half Way Home

Where: HEB Ashram Sembawang (Half way home)
When: Every Thursday 8pm to 9pm

Loving Hearts

Type of Seva: Yoga sessions for Volunteers of Loving Hearts as well 15-18 senior citizens, 
Where: Jurong East - Loving Hearts Multi service centre
