About Medha Yoga- Level 2!

Depression, disappointment, and anxiety skyrocketed in teens during the Pandemic. Mental barriers block the road to success. Medha Yoga Level 2 is a journey to conquer these barriers and find happiness despite their changing selves and surroundings. It challenges teens to go beyond the preconceived notion of their ‘self’ and expand their abilities with a YES mind. With this positive perspective, they are motivated to improve themselves and society. In Medha Yoga Level 1, teens learned to cope with pressure, and handle anger and aggression with Sudarshan Kriya and other effective techniques.

In Medha Yoga Level 2, teens build upon the simple processes they learned, topping it with knowledge and deeper meditations, to overcome fears and inhibitions and discover their unique strengths. They experience the joy of service, the freedom of silence, and the intellectual sharpness that comes from meditation.

The program also helps teens develop an attitude of competing with themselves, as opposed to being better than someone else. Foundation for a lifetime of SUCCESS!
