Children & Teen Programs

Young adults are facing a fresh set of challenges that no older generation has faced. Increased competition and unrestricted exposure to digital devices are helping this generation scale new heights and yet be more prone to stress and emotional imbalance. Our Children & Teens Programs are centred around breathing and meditation practices which have helped young adults be calmer, relaxed, confident and focused. They fare better in their academics and show enthusiasm for extra-curricular activities. The programs are a mix of powerful processes and fun-filled games that keep the children engaged and impart wisdom with ease.

  2. Practices yoga asanas and pranayama for a strong body and mind.
  3. Learns a special yogic technique for confidence, concentration, relaxation and cognitive function.
  4.  Introduced to wisdom sutras to manage emotions better.
  5. Engages in games and processes that build life skills like problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  6. Learns an everyday home-practice to experience sustained benefits.
  7. Free follow-up sessions post the program to revise techniques learnt in the program.
