Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive – 5-day retreat

Give yourself a deep reset for body and mind. From April 17 to 21, experience complete relaxation and inner silence during this unique yoga retreat, guided by our experienced senior teacher, Swami Divyatej. Through advanced yoga and detox processes, your body is cleansed, allowing your mind to settle into deep tranquility. This leads to a state of profound inner stillness and effortless presence—‘Samadhi’, where you are free from thoughts and fully immersed in the moment, even while practicing yoga or engaging in other activities.

Inspired by the ancient Vedic tradition, this retreat combines refined pranayamas, meditations, and techniques that release blockages on physical, mental, and subtle energetic levels. You will deepen your connection with yoga and yourself, allowing the energy and joy you cultivate to remain with you in daily life.

The retreat takes place in a beautiful location in the lush green region of North Limburg, surrounded by nature reserves, a serene garden, and even an animal sanctuary—enhancing the peaceful and unique atmosphere of the retreat.

Participation requirement: You must have learned the Sudarshan Kriya breathing technique in an official Art of Breathing course. If you haven’t taken this course yet, check our schedule for a session near you.

Retreat guidance will be in English.

Detox routines for body and mind
During this retreat, you will follow a healing detox routine. You will cleanse your system with powerful techniques such as Jal Neti and Shankh Prakshalana, which help release toxins and support digestion. Each day, you will enjoy khichari, a nourishing and easily digestible Ayurvedic meal made from mung beans and rice. This deeply nourishes without weighing you down, balances the doshas, and creates the perfect foundation for a calm, clear mind and a deeper yoga and meditation practice.

Preparation for a healing experience
A mindful preparation helps you fully embrace the experience. By avoiding alcohol, meat, and heavy meals in the week leading up to the retreat, you give your body the space to cleanse itself. This can help increase your energy, refine your senses, and clear your mind, making you even more receptive to the deep silence, subtle energies, and transformative processes of the retreat.
