For millions of people around the world meditation is the key practice to still the mind and experience inner peace. It is a daily routine to deal with the stress of life in a demanding society and confusing world.
The masterpiece on meditation was written in Sanskrit more than 5000 years ago. Vigyan Bhairav, the Science of Consciousness, describes 112 meditation techniques to experience a sence of infinity within itself, a sense of deep inner peace.
But the ancient text is written in a cryptic matter, making it’s true essence very hard to understand. It needs the explanation of a master. Now, for the first time, the holy grail of meditation will be made accesible by the living master most qualified for this task: Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, spiritual leader, humanitarian leader and ambassador of peace.
The 17th of June Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will give a talk and a meditation at the Museumplein in Amsterdam, where we will celebrate International Yoga Day together. Everyone is welcome, entrance is free.
