H.H.Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar took part in the Guru Poornima celebrations organized by the local chapter of the Art of Living in California. Guru Purnima is an occasion for all seekers to express their gratitude to their spiritual masters.
Addressing the large gathering H.H.Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said, “Each one of you should play the role of a Guru to at least some people in your life. This can happen when you want nothing from them other than their happiness and progress.Can you be a guru like that to some people? Like you become a father or mother, you should also be a guru to someone. Play the role of the guru by caring for them unconditionally. Care for them without caring for what they are going to do for you.”
