Har Ghar Dhyan - Overview
Har Ghar Dhyan is a collaborative initiative of The Art of Living and Ministry of Culture, Government Of India, under the aegis of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” (AKAM), as a special offering to benefit the citizens on the occasion of 75 years of independence for our Country.
The initiative works through volunteers, who are aware of the benefits of Meditation, to reach out to the society and encourage people to experience Meditation. Our volunteers or Meditation Ambassadors will organise one-hour sessions to educate about mental health and meditation. These sessions will be conducted by Trained Art of Living Teachers or Meditation Coaches.
