Increase your capacity for yoga, step-by-step. Participants who successfully complete 54 rounds of Surya Namaskar will receive a silver certificate.

Every participant would get a spirit of participation certificate with a mention of the number of rounds completed

What is Surya Namaskar?

India has revered the sun since time immemorial! Surya Namaskar is a dynamic sequence of yoga poses/ asanas to honor and adore the sun.

What is the flow of one set of Surya Namaskar?

One round of Surya Namaskar consists of twelve yoga poses. One set consists of two rounds (stretching the right and left sides of the body).
