What is Online Medha Yoga Level 2?
Mental barriers block the road to success. Medha Yoga Level 2 is a journey to conquer these barriers and find happiness despite their changing selves and surroundings. It challenges teens to go beyond their preconceived notion of their ‘self’ and expand their abilities with a YES mind. With this positive perspective, they are motivated to improve themselves and society.
In Medha Yoga Level 1, teens learned to cope with pressure, and handle anger and aggression with Sudarshan Kriya and other effective techniques. In Medha Yoga Level 2, teens build upon the simple processes they learned, topping it with knowledge and deeper meditations, to overcome fears and inhibitions and discover their unique strengths. They experience the joy of service, the freedom of silence, and the intellectual sharpness that comes from meditation. The program also helps teens develop an attitude of competing with themselves, as opposed to being better than someone else. Foundation for a lifetime of SUCCESS!

Medha Yoga Level 2 is based on techniques developed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, ancient yogic techniques, and exercises. Along with deep meditations, long meaningful silences and yoga and breathing techniques, teens are taught to face challenges head-on. They discuss their issues on an open platform and feel one with their fellow participants. A sense of belonging is what teens need most and this program offers it to them. They also feel empowered as they take charge of their life. One of the most important lessons they learn here is the ability to handle adversity bravely.
Teens learn to build on the processes they learned in Medha Yoga 1. They come out of their inhibitions with Level 1. With Level 2, they learn to capitalize on their newfound freedom (from fear, anxieties , anger and so on) and abilities. They discover and learn life skills that will benefit them immensely and also take care of themselves and those around them.
You will be asked to fill in a form with your teen’s details. Once that is done, you will be directed to the payment gateway. That’s it, you’re done! After this, we will be in touch with you through mail and WhatsApp to keep you updated about the program timings.
