What is Prajñā Yoga?
The Sanskrit word Prajñā or Pragya (or intuition) is the highest state of wisdom not acquired by formal learning techniques. Intuition is the ability to understand something instinctively without evident rational thought. Prajñā Yoga - Intuition Process includes a set of simple yet profound exercises and meditation for young people to boost foresight, awareness, understanding and knowledge.
In-person (offline) sessions of the Prajñā Yoga - Intuition Process are tailored for children and teens between ages 5+ to 18 Years. Youngsters learn the secrets of intuitive abilities from the senior faculty members of the Art of Living.
This 2-day program is conducted for two different age groups: Juniors, 5+ to 8 years (time per day: 2.5 hours), and Seniors, 8+ to 18 years (time per day: 3.5 hours). Our aim is to make the program relevant to the understanding of every participant.
Regular practice helps children to develop and utilize intuition in their everyday life. Higher intuitive abilities improve studies, communication, innovation and creativity.

The program includes two types of challenges. The common criterion for assessment is blindfolded eyes.
Assessment of computer skills.
Assessment of activities based on paper and pencil.
- The accuracy level is above 80% with eyes closed. Hence, the major response measure in the study is accuracy in the test performance.

Prajñā Yoga or Intuition Process aims at boosting intuitive abilities in the age group of 5 to 18 years. Intuition is an instinctive level of perception, not measured in terms of quantities. Gut feelings are physical manifestations of intuition. Today, science has proven that the gut is the second brain in our body. Children start to demonstrate their intuition through various intuitive activities, some of which require the use of a blindfold. They are able to accurately identify colors, shapes, pictures and text blindfolded. They also use their intuition in other ways - finding hidden objects without searching, perceiving people/ objects not in the room and so on.
Each child is unique and will have their own level of intuitive development. The levels of advancement and retention depend on the child’s own efforts and daily practice. The program advises children to devote 15-25 minutes to home practice every day. With regular practice, children and parents have reported an improvement in their intuitive abilities.
