Benefit from the knowledge of how our ancient people lived, what they learnt, about our culture, the saints and kings, about Sanskrit, mantras and Bhagavad Gita.
This course gives an introduction to Vedic heritage. The daily schedule includes special asanas for children, tips in Ayurvedic eye care and naadi pariksha, hands on experience in organic farming, caring for cows and rangoli making. Children and teens will learn Nitya Slokas – daily prayers; slokas from Bhagawad Gita and an introduction to spoken Sanskrit. And of course, games, creativity and fun are never far. Discussions and AV presentations on Indian culture, relevance of ancient knowledge, seva and satsangs form another aspect of this course.
