Hundreds attend Meditation Course of Sri Sri through webcast

Jammu: Organized by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of The Art of Living (AOL), the three-day Advance Meditation Course (AMC) ‘Antaryatra’ concluded today. 

The program was attended at 50 countries by over 30,000 people at 200 plus locations including 23750 people from 172 locations in India, who experienced blissful meditations while observing silence for 3 days.

This is the first time when Gurudev conducted this type of programme online since the inception of The Art of Living connecting India virtually online through Webcast.

AMC incudes rejuvenating yoga, two to three days of guided silence practice, unique guided meditations designed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, advanced breathing techniques which can also be practiced at home after the course and advanced insight on the laws governing our mind and emotions.

In Jammu region, participants joined in hundreds at two different locations at Jammu and Kathua from all walks of life. The AMC was locally assisted by Swami Gunatit ji at Jammu and Ashok Aggarwal from Art of Living International Centre, Bangalore, from Kathua.
The AOL Centres which organized the AMC were Gian Mandir, Trikuta Nagar (Jammu) and Savera Resort, Kathua. The AOL Jammu faculty and volunteers who did commendable job in organizing Gurudev Sri Sri’s AMC were Ajay Kapoor, joint State media coordinator, Rajan Salalia, Delair Singh, Ravinder Mansotra, Bharat Bhushan Phull, Prabha Slathia, Manju Agarwal, Ajay Gupta, Anju Gupta, Tejasvi Gupta, Sunil Sharma, Bhagwati ji, Shakti Sagar, Pardeep Sadhotra, Sanjay Gupta, Jai Aggarwal, Kirti Sharma, Menu Singh, Aanchal Talla, Pardeep Gupta, Kuldeep Sharma and other senior faculty members along a with dedicated team of volunteers. At Banglore Ashram, over two thousand people also joined the course from across the country with the venue brimming with energy.
