“I have done meditation before, but have never felt so good. If practiced daily, it can bring a huge positive difference and can enhance physical as well as mental health.” shares Arvind Pawar from Mumbai

The campaign is being conducted in residential localities, corporate and media houses, schools, colleges and parks all over India. The 'Meditate India' initiative, will help in reducing stress and create a positive attitude towards accepting the challenges at work or home.

“The employees felt very relaxed at the physical, emotional and mental level. It was a different way for them to deal with stress and they wanted to have more such sessions.” shared Sangeeta Kiran, The H R Executive: SLK GLOBAL, a BPO service company in Bangalore.

Encapsulated in the words of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder, The Art of Living, “The natural tendency is to recycle all that we’ve collected in life as impressions. Getting rid of them and getting back to the original state we were at birth is what meditation is all about. Becoming fresh again and getting back to that serenity, your original nature is meditation.”
