On the Happiness Program we learn that opposite values are complimentary, is that why a section of the media tried to focus only on imaginary negativity when it came to The World Culture Festival?

It’s ok, they can do it. This is called the hard news. Everything is nice and beautiful is not hard news.
The World Culture Festival was an opportunity to give a message of peace. People who boycott such programs are not for peace, they are not for harmony. They want conflicts and they thrive on conflicts. That is what the message they give. It may not be their intention but they give a message to the world, "We love conflict and not peace, we love crime and not celebration".
