3 reasons why Yoga on the
computer is a good idea

The experince of a 11-year old

Have you done yoga over the computer? I have. When did I do that, you may ask. Well, I did it in the Covid -19 pandemic of course. Here are three reasons I liked doing yoga in the pandemic.

It entertained me while I was stuck at home. When all I could do was play or read, I would get fun and exciting challenges from my yoga teacher to keep me occupied.

 

When I tried yoga in person, I would easily get distracted but, on the computer, I don’t get as distracted because I can’t open my eyes and see other people. This helped me improve

my yoga.

 

I got to do something I probably would not have done. What I am saying, is without Covid-19 (we) wouldn’t have gotten challenges such as the 108 sun salutations, the smoothie challenge or the snakes and ladders challenge (the list goes on).
